Loop Cloze is a task accountability and external request tracking platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage “loops” (requests requiring acknowledgment or action from external contacts)
• Send email-based notifications to external contacts without requiring them to create accounts
• Track responses, acknowledgments, and completion status in real-time
• Automate follow-up reminders and escalation workflows
• Generate reports and analytics on task completion and contact responsiveness

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass recipients
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
